🔹 GI Vertical Ladder Installation – Supply, fabrication, and installation of a hot-dip galvanized GI vertical ladder from ground level to roof level, complete with anti-slip rungs, side supports, heavy-duty chemical anchor bolts, wall-fixing brackets, and an extended section above roof level for safer roof access.

🔹 GI Grating Installation – Supply and installation of GI grating horizontally over the duct, aligned with the duct's direction to provide a practical and secure installation.

🔹 Quality & Safety Assurance – All works are carried out with the required materials, skilled manpower, tools, equipment, safety measures, and final inspection to support quality workmanship and safe site operations.

AMCOM Contracting LLC continues to progress with essential civil and structural works for the Thematic Districts – Basement Access Ramps Activation at Expo City Dubai.

Current activities include:

🔹 Existing RCC solid wall demolition and site preparation
🔹 Removal of existing waterproofing membrane, surface preparation, and additional waterproofing works to retaining walls
🔹 Removal of damaged plaster, surface preparation, and additional plastering works
🔹 Additional painting and finishing works
🔹 Construction of a 150 mm thick × 800 mm high pedestrian protection wall
🔹 Removal and reinstatement of existing benches
🔹 Casting of RCC slabs across three levels, including steel anchoring by chemical fixing and complete formwork installation
🔹 Coring works to the existing protection slab, including investigation, assessment, and reporting
🔹 Safe removal and disposal of demolished materials in accordance with Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements
