زيارة وفد من OVM لموقع مشروع "منطقة الأعمال ببنغازي" الجاري تنفيذه في قلب مدينة بنغازي في لـيبيا، وذلك بإستخدام نظام OVM سابق الإجهاد "لاحق الشد" للأسقف الخرسانية.

تشرف وفد OVM بمقابلة فريق من إدارة المشروع وممثلي شركة إتجاهات الإعمار وكذلك متابعة أنشطة أعمال سبق الإجهاد المسنودة لوكيل OVM في ليبيا: مجموعة الحديد للمقاولات.

جدير بالذكر أن المشروع يمتد على مساحة 28،000 متر مربع وقد تم تصميمه ليكون مركزًا إقتصادياً وتجارياً في قلب مدينة بنغازي، حيثُ يتكون من ستة مبانٍ تجارية، وفندقًا، ومسجدًا، ومواقف سيارات تحت الأرض، بالإضافة لمساحات خضراء منسقة.

A delegation from OVM recently visited the "Benghazi Business District" project site, currently under construction in the heart of Benghazi, Libya. The project utilizes OVM Post-Tensioning System for its concrete slabs.

During the visit, OVM delegation met with the project management team and representatives from Itijahat Al-Emar. They also conducted a progress review of the post-tensioning works being executed by OVM’s authorized agent in Libya, HADID Construction Group.

The project spans an area of 28,000 square meters and is designed to serve as a premier economic and commercial hub in central Benghazi. It will serve as a center for business, hospitality, and leisure, featuring six major business buildings, a luxury hotel, a mosque, basement parking, and landscaped greenery.

-Owner’s Consultant: ARCADIA For Engineering Consultations.

مشاركة وكيل OVM في ليبيا مجموعة الحديد للمقاولات والاستثمار العقاري بمعرض Libya Build 2026 الذي عُقد بمدينة بنغازي في ليبيا بين 20-23 أبريل.

بمشاركة عدد من ممثلين OVM، وفر الحدث منصة للتعريف بخدمات وحلول OVM الهندسية وذلك بشكل مباشر مع المهتمين بقطاع الإنشاءات في ليبيا، وكذلك فرصة للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار مع عدد كبير من الطلبة والمهندسين ورواد الأعمال بمجال الإنشاءات والإعمار في ليبيا.

شكراً لكل من كان جزءًا من هذه التجربة المميزة.

We are proud of the successful participation of OVM’s Libyan agent, HADID Construction Group, at the Libya Build EXPO in Benghazi (April 20–23).

Alongside OVM representatives, we engaged directly with industry leaders to showcase our specialized engineering solutions. It was an inspiring few days spent exchanging ideas with the next generation of engineers and construction pioneers shaping the future of Libya.

{صور} أعمال تركيبات فواصل التمدد المطاطية بمشروع "الطريق الدائري الثالث بطرابلس" الجاري تنفيذه في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس.

جدير بالذكر أن OVM قد حصلت على ثقة أطراف المشروع للتوريد والإشراف على التركيب لفواصل التمدد لكامل جسور المشروع بإجمالي 2,400 متر طولي من فواصل التمدد المطاطية بمتطلبات حركة تتراوح من 60مم حتى 320 مم.

نُود توجيه الشكر والتقدير لأطراف المشروع للمجهود المتواصل لتنفيذ أحد أكبر مشاريع البنية التحتية في ليبيا وشمال أفريقيا:

{Photos} Installation works for OVM Rubber Expansion Joints at Tripoli Third Ring Road (TTRR) Project in Tripoli, Libya.

It’s worth mentioning that OVM has been awarded the supply and supervision of the installation for Expansion Joints for the project with total quantity exceeding 2,400 meter-long of rubber expansion joints with different movement ranges from 60mm to 320mm.

{تحديث} إكتمال أعمال الأسقف الخرسانية سابقة الإجهاد بمشروع Lavie Yard الواقع بمدينة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية.

يمتد المشروع الحيوي متعدد الإستخدامات على مساحة تزيد عن 12,840 متراً مربعاً، ويضم أربعة أبراج سكنية مميزة بالإضافة لبرجاً فندقياً.

تولت شركة "قباني لأعمال سبق الإجهاد- KPT" بصفتها الوكيل المعتمد لـ OVM في السعودية، تصميم وتوريد والإشراف على تنفيذ نظام OVM للأسقف الخرسانية سابقة الإجهاد "لاحقة الشد" لواحد من أبراج المشروع المُكون من 15 طابقاً بما يضمن كفاءة هيكلية عالية للمشروع المتميز.

{Update} We are pleased to announce the successful completion of post-tensioning works for the concrete slabs at the Lavie Yard project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Lavie Yard is a major mixed-use development project spans over 12,840 square meters, featuring four iconic residential towers and a hotel tower.

Kabbani Post-Tensioning (KPT), the authorized OVM Agent in Saudi Arabia, was in charge for the design, supply, and supervision for application of OVM Slab Post-tensioning system for a 15-story tower, ensuring high-performance structural efficiency for the iconic project.

{تحديث} تتواصل أعمال الأسقف الخرسانية سابقة الإجهاد بنجاح بمشروع "إسكان موظفي مجموعة الخطوط الجوية الإثيوبية- المرحلة الثانية" بمدينة أديس أبابا في إثيوبيا بإستخدام نظام OVM سابق الإجهاد "لاحق الشد".

تفتخر OVM بمساهمتها في المشروع من خلال تصميم وتوريد أعمال سبق الإجهاد للأسقف الخرسانية لعدد (8) مبانٍ من أصل (16) مبنى، بإجمالي مساحة بناء تقدر بـ 280,000 متر مربع من الأسقف الخرسانية سابقة الإجهاد.

يتولى المنفذ المعتمد لـOVM، شركة BRONZI PT الإشراف على أعمال سبق الإجهاد المتخصصة بما يضمن أعلى معايير الجودة المطلوبة.

الأطراف المسؤولة عن تنفيذ المشروع:
المالك: الخطوط الجوية الإثيوبية.
-المقاول العام: SUNSHINE Construction.
-إستشاري التصميم والتنفيذ: دار الهندسة.

{Update} Post-Tensioning works are moving forward successfully at the “Ethiopian Airlines Group Employee Housing – Phase II” Project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia — using OVM Slab Post-Tensioning system.

OVM is proud to play a key role in this landmark project, delivering the design and supply of post-tensioned concrete slabs for 8 out of the 16 residential buildings, representing an impressive 280,000 m² of total built-up area.

Ensuring the highest standards on site, OVM Authorized Applicator – BRONZI PT is ensuring the smooth ex*****on and supervision of the specialized post-tensioning operations.

{Update} A significant milestone has been reached at IC13 (Interchange 13) of “Tripoli Third Ring Road Project-TTRR” in Libya with the successful completion of the Installation of OVM rubber expansion joint.
