We are hiring Marketing Manager come in and join our multinational team and before that make sure you meet the following requirement:
Must have digital experience and knowledge to develop, implement, track and optimize online marketing campaigns
- Develop a digital road map to increase traffic to the website using inbound tactics such as social media, SEO, blogs, e-newsletter etc.
- Develop tactics to increase ‘stickiness’ of website
- Monitor digital campaigns using Google Analytics
- Develop and maintain existing social media platforms, particularly Twitter and LinkedIn, including creation of a content plan and responding to prospects and customers
- Implement social listening tools
- Update the look and feel of the website, taking into consideration user experience
- Increase response rates on newsletters
- Using internal database, make the relevant data selections to whom the newsletter will go out to
The job role will involved marketing of specific events such as conferences, congresses, exhibitions etc.
- Create and implement an integrated marketing campaign for the event including exhibitors, conference and visitor campaign
- Forecast and monitor entire budget, marketing time-line and media plan
- Develop marketing plan for exhibitor lead generation and engage with them to participate in marketing the event
- Use the full marketing mix to promote the event in accordance with the marketing strategy from utilizing below and
above the line mediums including email, direct mail, PR, fax, social media, outdoor advertising, online advertising, trade and daily advertising,
SMS, website, radio, search engine marketing and TV.
- Manage the clean, verification and build our database
- Negotiate barter deals with appropriate media partners and associations
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information.
