beautiful outdoor space begins beneath the surface. Before installing the pavers, pergola, and outdoor seating, we build the Ducon Signature foundation. First, the soil is graded to the required level. Then, a woven geotextile layer separates the soil from the gravel, followed by a layer of aggregate, a blinding layer, and finally, the pavers on top. A strong, durable foundation built to last. This is how we bring the Ducon touch to every outdoor space

المساحة الخارجية الجميلة تبدأ من تحت السطح. فقبل تركيب البلاط والبرجولة والجلسات الخارجية، نبني أساس Ducon Signature.
أولًا، تُسوّى التربة إلى المستوى المطلوب. ثم تفصل طبقةُ جيوتكستايل منسوجة بين التربة والحصى، تليها طبقة من الركام، فطبقة تسوية ناعمة، وأخيرًا البلاط في الأعلى.
أساس قوي ومتين صُنع ليدوم. هكذا نُضفي لمسة دوكون على كل مساحة خارجية.

Most villa gardens end up with some grass and a couple of palms. This one has a sunken majlis for the cooler evenings, an outdoor kitchen for when the family’s over, and paving that ties the whole space together.
