At BuildTech Innovations (BTI), we explore multiple design possibilities to bring each client's vision to life.

For the Innovo Guardhouse project in Dubai, we developed two architectural concepts, complete with plans, elevations and 3D models.

The client selected Option 01 — and the chosen design became reality through 3D concrete printing technology.

The result:
• 2 guardhouse units
• 18 hours of 3D concrete printing per unit
• Distinctive curved concrete architecture
• Real, functional buildings

We explored three 3D-printed guardhouse design concepts, each taking a different approach to form:

01 — Sculpted
Deep folds transform the walls into an architectural feature.

02 — Flow
Organic curves allow the form to move naturally around openings and corners.

03 — Rhythm
Vertical folds create depth, shadow and character across the façade.
