• Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
• Process payments as well as documents like invoices
• Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
• Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
• Make and track payments
• Review employee expenses and prepare reimbursements
• Prepare bank deposits and keep up records
• Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
• Validate invoices against items or services received
• Check all financial transactions for accuracy
• Key data into company accounting system
• Disburse funds as needed
• Analyze financial report and assist with audit
• Supervise accounting department junior employees and accounting assistants
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency
• Forecast and plan for future needs
• Ensure compliance with all internal process

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Quantity Survey, preparation of calculation report, quotation or proposal, BOQ, and any other related documents required

· Preparation of detailed structural design, calculation report, modelling, CAD drafting and calculation of steel structures

· Development of preliminary structural design concept

· Attend design review meetings with the Clients/ Consultant if required

· Design of connection using connection software, spread sheets or manually

· Review of general arrangement drawings and shop drawings

· Monitor & guide the Auto CAD draftsmen & Tekla detailer in preparation of drawings and Tekla model

· Coordinate with the fabrication and QA/ QC department in related matters

· Any other task given by Management

• Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities
• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
• Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Administrative tasks generally include managing customer accounts and updating customer information, such as contact and billing methods.

• Regular contact with Company Owners.
• Regular contact with Clients, Suppliers, Main Contractors
