ARCHITECTURE THAT CONNECTS FUNCTION AND IDENTITY.

The PURC Head Office combines clean geometries, a distinctive curved facade, and refined materials to create a contemporary workplace that balances institutional character with human-centred design.

From the building’s architectural expression to its carefully planned interiors, every element supports functionality, collaboration, and a strong connection with the surrounding urban environment.

Thank you to Sienna Services Ltd. for the trust and collaboration on this project.

KORE: ARCHITECTURE, VIEWS & WELLNESS

Bruno Stringheta, Associate Senior Architect, shares the architectural vision behind Kore and the ideas that shaped its design.

The building’s architecture was developed to frame views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai while preserving residents’ privacy and creating a connection with the neighbouring park. After exploring various massing concepts, the team chose a refined, rational design that balances aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.

Wellness is at the heart of Kore’s concept. The building connects green spaces with the rooftop, while its central core encourages residents to incorporate physical activity into their daily routines.
A special thank you to Imtiaz Developments for the collaboration and the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON RESIDENTIAL LIVING

KORE is a residential project in Dubai Land that reimagines contemporary living through thoughtful architecture, innovative massing, and a strong connection to its surroundings.

The concept maximizes views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai while prioritizing residents’ privacy. A defining feature is The Hike — a continuous architectural journey connecting green spaces with the rooftop gym, bringing movement and wellness into everyday life.

Special thanks to Imtiaz Developments for the collaboration and the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

Materiality shapes the experience at Highgrove.

For the amenities, we combined warm timber, natural stone, textured surfaces and refined metal details to create a calm, tactile atmosphere that reflects the project’s biophilic concept.

A palette designed to connect wellness, nature and contemporary living.

Developed for Ellington Properties. Partnership with AWDesign.

The new XYZ website was created around one central idea: the team is at the heart of everything we do. With a global collective of architects, designers, engineers and creatives working across different countries and disciplines, people are what bring every project to life.

The website translates this philosophy into a digital experience where the team, projects and ideas are naturally connected. Rather than functioning as a traditional portfolio, it invites visitors to discover the people behind the work, explore projects as stories and experience the scale and diversity of XYZ. A clean visual language, bold typography and immersive imagery keep the focus where it belongs — on the work, the people and the ideas behind it.

Thank you to THEFIRSTTHELAST® – Creative Digital Agency | Dubai & Miami for the collaboration in bringing this digital experience to life.

DESIGNING A WATERFRONT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE.

For the Downtown Mina Masterplan in the UAE, XYZ Designers shaped a people-centred waterfront where architecture, landscape and public life come together.

Harbour, lagoon, parks and boulevards form a connected urban network, while carefully positioned buildings, active ground-floor spaces and climate-responsive design strengthen the relationship with the water.

A cohesive environment designed for movement, interaction and long-term urban vitality.

Developed for RAKPROPERTIES. Thank you for the collaboration and trust in bringing this vision to life.

At The Exchange: Leaders in Construction Middle East 2026, hosted by Construction Week Middle East, our Founder & Principal, Khaled Al Shamaa, shared his perspective on how luxury residential design in the UAE is evolving — from visual prestige to meaningful everyday experiences.

“Luxury has moved from status to experience, and from glamour to authenticity.”

Khaled highlighted the importance of integrating architecture, engineering, and building operations to create lasting residential quality. He also discussed Highgrove, a residential tower designed by XYZ Designers in Dubai, where rooftop views of Burj Khalifa inspired the creation of a bookable private dining space for residents.

A clear example of how thoughtful design transforms architectural potential into a distinctive living experience.

Architecture takes shape long before the final finishes.

At Quattro del Mar, structure, connections and craftsmanship are already defining the future waterfront environment — turning the architectural concept into a physical reality.

Thank you to RAKPROPERTIES for the trust and collaboration.
