Proud to share that Khansaheb MEP has been shortlisted for Contractor of the Year at the MEP Middle East Awards 2026.

Over the past year, the division has executed complex MEP scopes on major projects including the fast-track refurbishment of the Meydan Hotel and the Heriot-Watt University extension. KMEP is currently undertaking works on developments such as Dubai Harbour Residences and Wynn Al Marjan Island, with a consistent focus on quality and excellence.

Great to see Ross Trivett, Director – Interiors and Joinery named #1 in Design Middle East’s Fit-Out Powerlist for the second consecutive year!

The recognition comes after an important year for Khansaheb, as we celebrated 90 years of building and delivering in the UAE. Over the past year, Khansaheb Interiors has delivered standout projects including the fast-track refurbishment of the Meydan Hotel and the Heriot-Watt University extension, while continuing to drive progress on landmark developments such as Wynn Al Marjan Island and Dubai Harbour Residences.

We are proud to announce the completion of Serenia Living, a landmark beachfront residential development on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah, delivered for Palma Development.

Comprising four towers and 226 exclusive residences across 1.3 million sq ft, the development features amenities and finishes of the highest standards.

This marks our second consecutive Serenia Brand project for Palma Development, following the completion of Serenia Residences in 2018, with Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands now underway.

❓ Looking back on your time with Khansaheb, what stands out most about your journey?

💬 What stands out most is the growth I have experienced over more than 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work on some truly significant and challenging projects like JBR The Beach, Mall of the Emirates expansion, DEC expansion, and many more. I am proud of every one of them.

❓ Khansaheb is known for people building long careers here. In your view, what is it about the culture or environment that encourages people to stay and grow?

💬 The main reasons are stability and the support from senior management. The company gives us opportunities to take on challenging projects, which helps us learn and grow, and I think that is what encourages people to stay for the long term.

Khansaheb Civil Engineering has announced the appointment of Jason Sams as Managing Director. Jason previously served as Construction Director of Khansaheb and has played a key role in the Company’s continued growth and delivery of some of the UAE’s most significant construction projects over almost 20 years.
