Our C-Quest team in Dubai joined colleagues from across KEO Group for KEO Creates: The Playground, taking on creative challenges with spaghetti, marshmallows, and a lot of experimentation.

A hands on session built around fresh thinking, collaboration, and testing ideas in real time.

A good reminder that sometimes the best ideas come when you stop overthinking and just start building.

It was a fantastic start to the morning with our Managing Director, Paul Kelly, joining the first session of ME Construction News's 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁.

A key point from Paul’s talk was the value of bringing the right expertise into the room early. He spoke about how early-stage value management can guide design optimization, inform material choices, and protect project certainty before key cost and delivery decisions are locked in.

Dubai’s Value Engineering Summit will be a great opportunity to see our Managing Director Paul Kelly live next week on the 6th of May at the Dusit Thani.

On the agenda will be early value engineering, specialist input, and decisions around design, materials, quality, and resilience, all of which have a real impact on how projects are delivered.
