All incoming calls on our Toll Free number 800 59 59 59 will be directed to our specially designed Computer Aided Facilities Management Software which comes attached with a job number for easy tracking. It will then be taken care of by our uniformed Specialists who will arrive at the site in an agreed time, attend to the job and report to the Operation's. The Operations team then reports back the status of the work to the customer without delay. This process is constructed in such a way that the customers will receive all information concerning the status of the work in progress via email alert as well as phone calls from our dedicated customer care center so that our customers are quick to make informed decisions. Even after office hours and on public holidays, our committed emergency maintenance team is deployed to assist you for maintenance requirements swiftly and without a hitch. TIMINGS
