ADEAREST delivered a complete refrigeration solution for this integrated cold chain project alongside Emirates Industrial Panel and SALCO Insulated Doors LLC Dubai .

Designed for a large-scale distribution centre featuring freezers, chillers, and dry storage areas, the system supports reliable and efficient day-to-day operations across all zones.

The scope included screw compressor packages, evaporative condensers, ammonia systems, air coolers, and chilled water networks.

A compact ammonia-glycol refrigeration system designed for efficient and hygienic milk cooling in a dairy facility.

The setup integrates a plate heat exchanger (NH₃/Glycol), SS buffer tank, ammonia separator, and glycol circulation pumps to maintain a stable secondary cooling loop.

Why this matters for dairy processing:
✅ Consistent glycol circulation → stable temperature control
✅ Efficient heat exchange → rapid milk chilling
✅ Optimized system design → reliable, energy-efficient operation

The facility is now fully operational and ready to support full-scale production.

This ice cream plant operates on a multi-temperature ammonia refrigeration system, covering ultra-low (−47 °C), low (−36 °C), and medium (−5 °C) applications to ensure precise cooling across every stage of production.

The system features 25 chilled-water air coolers serving the production, packing, and mixing areas, maintaining stable environmental conditions throughout the facility.

To enhance efficiency, the plant also integrates heat recovery technology, generating hot water at 60–65 °C and reducing reliance on external heating sources.

A project that successfully combines process cooling, production support, and energy-efficient design.
