SDCS (Sarem Design and Construction Company) is a Private Limited Company which is nongovernmental and nonpolitical. SDCS was established in 2008 in order to perform Design and Construction services throughout Afghanistan. The Company is established by a group of Civil Engineering Professionals with adequate sources of technical knowledge.
