Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան Համալսարանի (AUA) Եռանկյունաձև այգում գտնվող նոր մասնաշենքի՝ սպորտային դահլիճի աշխատանքներն ավարտված են, որն ամբողջ մակերեսով գտնվում է այգու ստորգետնյա հատվածում։ Շուտով նաև կներկայացնենք այգու ամբողջ տեսքը։
Պրոյեկտը ունի տեխնիկապես բարդ կառուցվածք, որը ներառում է հողային աշխատանքների, երկաթբետոնե կոնստրուկցիաների, հենապատային լուծումների և ջրամեկուսացման աշխատանքների միջոցով, հաշվի առնելով բարդ դիրքը, մակարդակների տարբերությունները և բեռնվածքային պահանջները։ Զուգահեռաբար իրականացվել են բարձր մակարդակի ինժեներական համակարգեր և ստորգետնյա ենթակառուցվածքներ, ներառելով ավտոմատացված ոռոգման ցանց, էլեկտրամատակարարման, ջրահեռացման, անվտանգության, ցածր լարման, օդափոխության, ջեռուցման և սառեցման համակարգեր, ինչպես նաև վերգետնյա համակարգերի ինտեգրում։
Բոլոր աշխատանքները կատարվել են բարձր որակի նյութերով՝ յուրաքանչյուր փուլում խիստ տեխնիկական վերահսկողությամբ՝ ապահովելու դիմացկունություն, արդյունավետություն և համակարգերի երկարաժամկետ հուսալիություն։

The construction works of the new building — the sports facility located under the Triangle Park park of the American University of Armenia (AUA) — have been completed. The structure is fully positioned within the underground section of the park. We will soon present the complete view of the park as well.

The project features a technically complex structure, incorporating extensive earthworks, reinforced concrete systems, retaining wall solutions, and waterproofing works, all executed in consideration of challenging site conditions, level differences, and structural load requirements. In parallel, advanced engineering systems and underground infrastructure have been implemented, including an automated irrigation sustem, power supply, drainage, security, low-current systems, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, as well as the integration of external elements.

All works have been carried out using high-quality materials, with strict technical supervision at every stage to ensure durability, efficiency, and the long-term reliability of all systems.

We focused on building not just a workspace, but a strategically engineered infrastructure that supports digital operations, innovation, and long-term technological growth.

The layout, materials, and acoustic solutions were carefully planned to provide calm working conditions and efficient daily coordination behind each performance.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 is setting a new standard for the banking environment.

The AMIO BANK Premium Branch is conceived as a new interpretation of a banking space, moving away from the traditional transactional branch toward a calm, hospitality level client experience.

Architectural arches organize circulation and guide visitors naturally through the space, while warm bronze finishes, wood textures and soft neutral surfaces create a sense of stability and discretion. Layered lighting and integrated greenery soften the interior and transform waiting and consultation areas into comfortable settings for conversation and decision making.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 has also developed the full engineering scope of the project, including Electrical and low current systems design, HVAC system design, IT systems design, Plumbing design and furniture design and production drawings.

A fully reimagined banking space — AMIO BANK Nor-Nork Branch.

This project involved a complete branch redesign, introducing the bank’s new identity while redefining the overall user experience. Our scope covered architectural and interior design, electrical and low-current systems, HVAC engineering, as well as bespoke furniture design and production drawings — all delivered as one coordinated solution.

The result is a contemporary, efficient, and customer-focused environment, engineered to support seamless everyday banking operations.

Complex construction project for the American University of Armenia, totaling 7,000 sq.m. set to be completed in 2026. Envisioned to become one of the most loved, functional, and future-ready public spaces in Yerevan. Designed by MTD landscape architects, in collaboration with ArchiDutch (ICN Group) as one of the most advanced developments in Yerevan.

A new underground sports facility integrated within a triangular park, thoughtfully positioned beneath the landscape and shaped by innovative architectural and engineering solutions.

From renovation works to the finest details, our team ensured a smooth and coordinated delivery across all key stages, including 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐕𝐀𝐂 and 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬, 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐟𝐚𝐜̧𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬.

While the design of some projects is developed by external studios, our team expertly adapts and implements those concepts on site with precision and consistency. For this showroom, the design was created by Two One Design Studio , and we ensured its accurate realisation in line with project conditions and brand standards.
