Hand sketches for the House111.95 sqm

During the site visit, I noticed a gentle slope that could be helpful in positioning the design layout. A large, full-length window was planned to face south in order to take advantage of natural light.

At the beginning of the design process, the staircase was initially placed to the side with the goal of creating a more open atmosphere within the house. Later, the staircase was repositioned toward the center of the home, which in turn helped define the spatial relationships between interior areas.

On the second floor, three bedrooms and a home office were included in the design. Throughout the design process, the positions of the rooms were revised several times. There was even a concept to turn one of the rooms into a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a balcony.

The mezzanine level went through multiple design iterations with different functions considered. Ultimately, its final form was shaped by the slope of the roof.

For the building’s façade, it was necessary to create contrast in order to bring harmony among the architectural elements. As a result, the fireplace chimney was intentionally exposed as a design feature.

It’s worth noting that all the architectural details have been executed in an exposed (raw/unfinished) style.

This is the series two of residential buildings, some of this buildings are in process of construction. here you would be seeing some Vila that are suitable for a family, calm and far from the crowd City. it has been tried to use natural materials as much as possible. in order to make the renders, lumion and twinmotion and of course Unreal Engine is being used. in order to take the interior renders, the renders that were being taken we've been remasteredas a post-production buy a help of AI. here the Leonardo AI and a playground AI are mostly been used. please if you like this post don't forget to press the like button. also need to mention if you've got an architectural orders, we would be delightful to be able to help. please use our contacts to inform us

In the heart of a green neighborhood stands a two-story house with a basement spanning 111.044 sqm, boasting a sturdy masonry construction featuring three longitudinal shear walls. Now, the time has come to expand its horizons. A new addition, with a basement area of 45.223 sqm, is set to emerge, employing the modern techniques of column and beam construction. However, the true challenge lies not only in erecting this new structure but also in seamlessly integrating it with the existing architecture.

Upon entering the ground floor, one is greeted by a spatial division, where the living room and dining area stand on either side of a steadfast shear wall. Despite the client's inclination to remove a portion of this central divider (a suggestion I fervently advised against), the layout remains intact. The kitchen, strategically positioned to face the dining space, exudes an aura of culinary delight. Adjacent to the staircase, which ascends gracefully to the first floor, lies a cozy guest room, welcoming visitors with open arms.

Ascend to the first floor, and a panorama unfolds before you. At the forefront of the staircase awaits a terrace, offering breathtaking vistas of the verdant yard beyond. Three bedrooms, nestled side by side along a corridor, provide tranquil retreats for their occupants. Among them, the master bedroom reigns supreme, boasting a private en-suite bathroom and a charming balcony overlooking the surroundings. Mirroring its counterpart below, a kitchen of equal stature graces this floor, positioned to complement the adjacent family room. And to cater to the residents' active lifestyle, a dedicated space for sporting endeavors finds its place nearby, ensuring both physical and mental well-being are nurtured within these walls.
