What happens when a new, small building enters a conversation with a modernist icon?

Set next to Gropius House, this Bauhaus-inspired public bathroom reinterprets classic principles through a contemporary lens. A clean cubic form, glass blocks, and a carefully chosen color palette create a balance between presence and subtlety.

Beyond form, the project is about people – accessibility, clarity, and comfort. Even color becomes functional, supporting visibility and easing the experience for users with visual impairments.

We’re excited to share our latest project – the Kids Cultural & Entertainment Center in Yerevan ✨

Part of the North Axis development, this project is designed as a space where kids and families can play, explore, and connect.

From interactive VR zones to creative spaces, retail areas, and an open-air amphitheater, the center brings together entertainment and culture in one place – all integrated into the surrounding park 🌿

The architecture is soft and open, blending into the landscape while creating shaded areas and vibrant public spaces that can be used all year round.

The parametric dome is now under construction – bringing light, structure, and a completely new atmosphere to the space. What started as a design idea is becoming a built reality.

This minimalist villa, located in Surfside, Miami beach, US, blends contemporary design with thoughtful passive solar principles. Its sculptural cantilevered overhangs and sunshades enhance comfort while reducing energy loads. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing floods the interiors with light, connecting indoor spaces to outdoor living areas, including a pool terrace, patio, and cabana lounge. With five bedrooms, dynamic volumes, and high-tech exterior finishes, this residence reflects clarity, comfort, and modern coastal architecture.

Construction is actively progressing on the North Axis: Park Reconstruction & Multifunctional Center in Yerevan – home to Armenia’s first large-scale parametric dome.

What began as a computational design vision is now taking physical form on site. The project reimagines the Arabkir district with a multifunctional center integrated into a reconstructed public park, introducing advanced parametric geometry to Armenia’s architectural landscape.

We’re excited to share our first project of the year! 🛠️✨

We’re happy to officially present the second version of the Komitas Bridge Project — a contemporary pedestrian bridge and public space design located along one of Yerevan’s iconic urban axes. This concept rethinks connectivity, public space, and community interaction by linking fragmented green areas and enhancing pedestrian circulation over Komitas Avenue.

Designed to be inclusive, accessible, and engaging year-round, the bridge not only improves mobility but also serves as a catalyst for cultural events, market spaces, festivals, and community gatherings, thus adapting safe and vibrant urban life and enriching the public realm.

This project is just the beginning of what we hope will be an inspiring year full of thoughtful design and meaningful urban interventions. 🙌
