ROLLS began as a modest roadside structure in Dilijan, quiet and almost forgotten.
Instead of erasing it, we worked with it, preserving its scale and material memory while injecting new energy.
The original stone volume became the kitchen, fast, compact, and grounded.
Next to it, a new two-storey building rises, light, transparent, and open to the forest.
A glass corridor connects the two, marking a transition between scales, functions, and time.
Together they form ROLLS and ROLLS Sweet, one dynamic and one calm.
Designed in close collaboration with , the project reuses what existed, adds what was needed, and prioritizes sustainability through local materials and efficient design.
