Last Thursday, we celebrated the official topping-out ceremony. This is a significant milestone for us in the realization of the project.

A huge thank you to our amazing team, as well as to all partners and collaborators who contributed to reaching this stage.

A special acknowledgment goes to our project lead, Monika Raczyńska-Piller, who takes on the daily challenges of the construction site with unwavering commitment.

Groundbreaking for the Raiffeisenstrasse Housing Project! 👷‍♀️🚀👏

Last Tuesday marked the official start of construction for the Raiffeisenstrasse Housing Project in Graz. We’re excited to see the development of this new green and livable city district, which will offer high-quality urban living.

The carefully designed buildings form two generous inner courtyards, while publicly accessible open spaces will create green recreational areas for the wider community. In a park-like setting with scattered tree plantings, residents will enjoy playgrounds, seating areas, grassy mounds, benches, and zones for relaxation.

Groundbreaking for the Central Kitchen 🍽🚧👷‍♀️

Last Friday marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Central Kitchen in Stadt Graz. Completion is expected in autumn 2026.

We’re proud to be part of this important project that will play a vital role in nourishing the community.
The Kitchen Graz prepares thousands of fresh meals every day, currently supplying 160 childcare and social institutions, with up to 10,000 portions served on peak days.

Terraces, as extended living spaces become the central element of green living. They are accomplished with planters, roofs, and steel frames, which define the outdoor spaces and redraw the outline of each initial volume.

A mysterious, black office facade tells very less about what happens inside. While entering, an amazing world of decoration appears. Colourful interior elements, as a contrast to the outside, reflect the company’s product palette. The main hall with colourful wallpaper is surrounded by a large showroom, meeting rooms, social and recreational areas, and a patio. The main focus was to design bright and friendly spaces to enhance the cooperation between individual departments and improve the company's internal communication.

A dark metal-façade has perforated and folded elements for sun protection. The faceted facade in matt black-grey colour gives a homogenous appearance and refers to the history of the coal industry in this area.
