We are thrilled to announce that our cofounder, .podbregar will be giving a lecture at ! 🎓

His lecture, titled “Vergangene Urlaubswelten - Architektur der Erholung in der DDR und Jugoslawien,” will explore the fascinating history of vacation architecture in socialist states. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Daniela Spiegel will present the GDR part, while Davor Podbregar will dive into the Yugoslavian side. We are pleased to present our competition entry for the office building Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße 162 in Graz.

Our design responds to the narrow site configuration along the street. The jury describes our design as "a beautifully composed urban design project with an open ground floor".

The project was developed in cooperation with a2o2 arhitekti. Thank you for the excellent collaboration!

Apartment LR done!

Spacious and open volume of the main living space with a combination of oak wood and grey textures.
Private spaces - bathroom and bedroom - hidden behind a structured wall cladding with integrated doors and wardrobes.
