Congratulations to the graduates!

The eight participants of the university course Designing Future Realities, which was held for the first time in 2020/2021, were recently awarded their diplomas.

In an exhibition in the Schleifhalle at Werkstätte Wattens, the graduates presented their individual projects, which they developed further during the course.

Elisabeth Schweeger ist heute als neue künstlerische Leiterin der Kulturhauptstadt Bad Ischl – Salzkammergut 2024 vorgestellt worden.

Bereits von Beginn an dürfen wir Elisabeth zu unserem DFR Netzwerk zählen. Wir gratulieren herzlich zu dieser spannenden neuen Herausforderung!

Das Votum fiel einstimmig aus: Schweeger wird künstlerische Leiterin für das Salzkammergut 2024 – und mehr Fokus auf das jüdische Leben und Dialog legen

Congratulations Katharina Cibulka!

Katherina Cibulka, member and on the board of the Tyrolean Artists’ Association receives the 2021 Prize for Contemporary Art of the Province of Tyrol, which has been awarded annually since 1996 at the suggestion of the Cultural Advisory Board in recognition of local artists.

Katherina is a participant in the first DFR course and is working on her project "Solange" as part of it.

Der Traum von einem Bionik Studium | Der wissenschaftliche Leiter von Designing Future Realities, Dr. Christian Teissl, MBA, schilderte vor Kurzem im Interview mit der APA Science seine Gedanken und Erfahrungen zum Thema "Bionik in Österreich".

Neben seinen Tätigkeiten für DFR leitet Christian Teissl außerdem den Bereich "Technologie & Bildung" und damit auch das Center for Rapid Innovation der Werkstätte Wattens.
