The HOTEL TROFTA is located in the city center of Istog, in the northwest of Kosovo, surrounded by mountains and ponds.
It was built in the late 1970s on a 5-hectare site as part of an existing resort complex with a restaurant and fish ponds.
Originally designed in a postmodern socialist architectural style, the hotel contributed to the improvement of quality of life.
The design of the new hotel takes the surrounding environment into account and expands the existing infrastructure.
Sustainability and environmental protection are at the core of the design, with a focus on conserving resources, using regional materials, and incorporating modern, aesthetic architecture.

Das HOTEL TROFTA umrahmt von Bergen und Teichen, lädt ein zum rundum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Istog im Nordwesten des Kosovo.

Das Hotel wurde in einem existierten Resort-Komplex mit einem Hotel mit Restaurant und Fischteichen geplant. Der Komplex wurde Ende der 70er Jahre als Post-Moderne Sozialistische Architektur auf einem Grundstück von ca. 5 Hektar (50.000 m²) gebaut.
Damals war es ein Hotel mit Restaurant, das für die Bewohner der Stadt und die Umgebung sehr bereichernd war und die Lebensqualität der Bürger verbessert hat.

BEX-architecture ZT Im Nordosten Österreichs gelegen, ist das Weinviertel Österreichs größtes Weinbaugebiet. Unter dem Motto „Genussvolle Gelassenheit“ präsentiert sich die Region als Ort zum Erholen, Entdecken und Genießen. In Gaweinstal, einem der ältesten Orte des Weinviertels, entstehen 16 dreistöckige Reihenhäuser. Die Häuser werden in zwei verschiedenen Typen realisiert und verfügen über Wohnungsflächen von 123m² und 173m². Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich jeweils eine großzügige Galerieebene zur freien Gestaltung. Zudem sind die Reihenhäuser alle mit privaten Freiräumen in Form Gärten und Terrassen ausgestattet.
