In this incredible lecture, Dr. Moy explored strategies to cut production costs, reduce waste, and open new markets. From minimising material use and carbon footprints to mitigating environmental contaminants like gadolinium, her talk highlighted cutting-edge advancements, such as AI, biodegradable alternatives, and efficient healthcare pathways, offering a vision for a sustainable future, bridging healthcare inequities and global environmental goals.

In recognition of the upcoming World Environment Day we're taking a look back at ECR 2025. With its theme Planet Radiology, the congress provided a blueprint for radiologists to bring sustainability and greener practices to their imaging departments 🌍️
