We are a busy maintenance company who after review of operations are seeking to employ a new admin assistant.
We are looking for an energetic, flexible staff member who is happy to be part of our dynamic team.
The position is currently 25 -30 hours per week and is across a 5-day period. Paid under the clerkâs award level 3.
Desirable skills and Proficiencies.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work within a busy team environment.
Experience/ or understanding within the
construction industry.
Attention to detail, and the ability prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Scheduling experience is highly desirable.
Accounts payable/accounts receivable/ MYOB is highly desirable.
