Out with an Evaporative and In with a Ducted Reverse Cycle System 👌

The most common question asked when a customer wants to swap from Evaporative to Ducted is.. "So can we reuse the vents?"

The simple answer is no.

1. Evaporative ducting and vents are a different size compared to Reverse Cycle Ducted.
2. The vent placement for an Evaporative unit is at start of a room to blow the hot air out whereas for a Reverse Cycle Ducted it will be close to a window or deeper into the room to change the air temperature.

We are certainly here and ready to help, but to save you a call out fee.. if your filters look like these, it's time to give them a clean 😉

Blocked filters restricts the airflow, causes your air conditioner to work harder, increases the energy consumption of the unit and can be a contributing factor to why your air conditioner breaks down.
