-replace and install new stainless steel splashback from floor to canopy
- install new gas line to OTR spec
- chain appliances
- set appliance clearances from canopy oil filters
-test and seer pressures on appliances

Re-sewer odour job at North Kitchen….
1)Carefully remove tile in area believed to be isolated waste pipe.
2) laugh at what tiler had done
3)fill redundant pipe with expanding foam and silicone the top
4)re-install tile and grout
5)client happy (tiler won’t be)

We have just completed plumbing, Gas and Drainage works at a new Restaurant called Munno Para and the client was not blaming us, but blaming us for a horrible odour entering the men’s Bathroom and Restaurant. After weeks of no sleep I remembered an extra drainage point that we isolated months ago….. this is what we found.
