WINNER: Klemm Homes, Renovation / Addition $400,000 to $600,000

Klemm Homes have delivered a very attractive Hampton's style rear addition including a double garage and separate pool room. The project was completed ahead of schedule, depsite live-in clients and being built at the height of the COVID pandemic. All finishes were top quality despite a tight budget. Carpentry was exceptional and the stone fireplace and the retractable stacker doors were equally impressive. Pitched cathedral ceilings with exposed rafters and timber ceilings were a real focal point of the living area, continuing through to the alfresco area. Understandably, the clients are overjoyed with the result and Klemm Homes have delivered again.
