Thank you to Chris and the team at Hicrete Precast Systems for inviting Jaytex on a tour of their local facility in Adelaide.

The tour provided a valuable opportunity for our cadets and mentors to expand their wholistic understanding of the precast journey, from design and manufacturing through to installation on site.

It was a pleasure to host members of the Australian Institute of Building for a site visit at Kent Town.

The success of the Kent Town Monde development is a testament to the strong partnership between developer Otello and Jaytex.

This level of trust and collaboration has enabled Jaytex to implement smart construction methodologies and drive outstanding results.

Jaytex's design-led approach to construction ensured buildability and digital clash detection was considered early in the ECI engagement with developer Otello, resulting in a seamless, simultaneous delivery of the Kent Town base build and significant fit-outs.

We're on the home stretch and our team are working tirelessly to deliver this premium new addition to King William St.

Progress at our Metcash Distribution Centre Project in Alice Springs!

The new warehouse structure is taking shape as the team has begun installing 70 tonnes of structural steel with civil works continuing in preparation for in-ground services.

Another look at the brand-new Southern Vales Nissan and BYD Dealership in Morphett Vale.

The client has moved in and operations are underway, breathing life into the light-filled, contemporary showroom and functional workshop.

Jaytex were honoured to host a site visit for Property Council of South Australia's Future Leaders committee and the Studio Nine Architects team at our Kent Town Monde project.

Future Leaders is an initiative developed to support young property professionals 35 years old and under, by providing pathways and networking opportunities through events, committees, research and learning.

Guests were offered an opportunity to inspect the current status of works across the mixed use development, with continued progression on completion of apartments, penthouses, commercial tenancies, gym and the external ground works.
