Jaytex Construction has received a High Commendation at the 2026 Australian Institute of Building SA/NT Professional Excellence Awards for the Berrimah Farm Science Services Building in Darwin.

The $17.2 million project involved the delivery of a highly technical research facility, including 39 individual laboratory rooms and laboratories certified to meet Federal Government Biosecurity Protection and Physical Containment standards.

From vision to delivery.

A project is more than the finished building.

It's the planning, coordination, problem-solving and craftsmanship behind every stage that brings it to life.

Considered from the start. Built to last.

Progress from the ground up.

Works are underway at WEST, with earthworks marking the next stage of the project.

Just a stone’s throw away, the T2D is also taking shape as we continue to see exciting industry growth across Adelaide.

We look forward to sharing more as WEST continues to take shape.

Better building starts with better thinking.

Innovation isn't always something you see in the finished project.

It's in the methodology, technology and processes used throughout construction to continually refine how we build.

Smarter processes. Better outcomes.

Award-winning delivery in Darwin

We’re proud to see Parap Preschool recognised as the Education Facility winner at the 2026 Master Builders NT Excellence in Building & Construction Awards.

Delivered by Jaytex for the NT Department of Logistics and Infrastructure, the $7.5M aeroplane inspired early learning centre was designed to create an engaging environment for up to 66 young learners, complete with an incredible outdoor play area.

Despite the challenges presented by Cyclone Fina, the project was delivered in time for the beginning of Term 1. A reflection of the planning, collaboration and commitment of the entire project team.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing Parap Preschool to life.

Built for the community. Delivered by Jaytex.
