Just wrapped up a job in Eden Hills last week.

Out with the old rusted brown belt roof and in with a fresh upgrade. We replaced the existing box gutter with a wider, deeper design to better handle water flow, installed new insulation/moisture barrier, added a few extra timber purlins, and finished it off with new roof sheets using Fielders KingKlip 700 in Zincalume.

Roof completed this week in Happy Valley on an extension built by Building Imaginations. Another solid job done and ready for the next stage.

A Job in Kangarilla completed this week using Fielders Pale Eucalypt sheets, paired with a Ampelite Spinaway whirlybird and polycarbonate opal sheets to get natural light in without overheating the inside.

Two dormer facades were replaced toward the end of last year, with new leadwork, cement board, and timber framing installed and fully painted.

A recent job in Happy Valley where we replaced the old gutters with Fielder 125 D gutters in Colorbond Monument, along with new 75 mm downpipes. We also painted the fascias and downpipes and added a few extra skylights to the verandah to bring more natural light into the space.

Wrapped up a job in Hallett Cove today.

We supplied, painted & installed new timber purlins, fitted fresh Pearl Ice polycarbonate roof sheets, and finished it off with Surfmist cappings & Gutter to tie in with the existing roof. Looks neat and fresh!

This Week’s Project

Removing 4 rotten posts and replacing them using Primed timber posts

Removed old rusted gutters & Installed new Fielders 125 OG gutters

Removed the old square downpipes and upgraded to 75mm PVC downpipes for improved water flow

Carried out with repairing broken ridge cappings.
