Awesome result for the polished concrete slab at our Fullarton Project.

A lot of work went in to the detailing and sequencing of this slab to get the outcome just right.

Master Builders // Top 100 Builders Lunch. It was great being a guest of Fenwick Elliott Grace, special thanks to Jeanie Elliott, at the Top 100 Builders Lunch.

The event had a great spread of interesting guest speakers talking to the relevant issues of the day.

It was comforting to hear respected economic commentator Peter Switzer’s positivity about the economy for the next couple of years despite the uncertainty surrounding upcoming elections and the Ukrainian War (on that note we hope and pray for a quick resolution to the conflict to alleviate all the human suffering).

The current state Treasurer Rob Lucas spoke about the need to keep driving down the cost of business for all, however as many business owners would attest, there is an abundance of work still to do in that space. We hope who ever wins the next election keeps that going.

However, what was most interesting was Peter Malinauskas forward looking vision for the State, particularly in the areas of Early Education and Health. Education and Health at a personal and societal level underpins everything else we do so as a country highly reliant on the wealth generated by commodities for our quality of life, we simply cant afford not to throw the kitchen sink at these issues to transition our economic output away from mining, particularly for our future generations.

The underlying theme from all these commentators? Helping people! And helping people is our mission here at Amaar Property 💡

A project to be proud of!

The multimillion-dollar revamp of the famous King & Godfree Precinct symbolised so much more than a renovation. It was a project that boasts and encourages the celebration of Italian food and culture in Australia.

I didn’t realise at the time how sentimental for me this project was. Having immigrant parents who in the 70’s owned and operated a deli in Adelaide’s Eastern suburbs, it provided a personal link to the cultural importance of such a place. But now that I have kids of my own with Italian heritage, the King & Godfree project means so much more. I’m proud to have been a small part in continuing the 150 year old tradition so that many more generations get to enjoy some of the best that Italian and Australian culture have to offer.
