At Apex - we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do! Our very own Managing Director Andrew is a SME in Hydro excavation and is constantly passing his knowledge onto his team of operators to ensure not only are they working safely but are getting the job in the most efficient way.

Andrew even loves getting on the vac truck himself and showing off his 'mad skills'

🙌Introducing our Operations Supervisor - Joshua🙌

Josh joined Apex in Dec 2023 with the ambition to move him into the Operation Supervisor Role. Josh came from the building industry with leading hand experience. With this in mind, we had Josh spend some time working with our labourers to the NDD operators and gain knowledge from the ground crews and get to know the team.

When his not at work, you will see him playing footy for the Emu's, having a 'casual' beer, or spending time with his family.

As the major sponsor of the girls teams at MORPHETT VALE FOOTBALL CLUB, Andrew and some of the crew headed down on Sunday to watch the games. This is a first for the club to have 3 girls sides, and they all did a great job!

U17 girls defeated Christies.

Today we had 3 players originally from Tiwi Bombers Football Club sign on to work here at Apex.
2 of the players will be playing for our local MORPHETT VALE FOOTBALL CLUB with the other playing for Yankalilla Football Club. Grateful we can support the local community and looking forward to having the boys on board with us!

This week, we had the privilege of meeting some of the members of the Tiwi Bombers Football Club, during their visit to SA 🏉

We were able to give them a tour of our yard in Lonsdale, where they learnt more about our Vac Trucks and visited our extensive training facilities 💪

It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about their club in the TIO NTFL Men's and Women's Premier League and how they contribute to the whole Tiwi community.

📣 We would like to take a moment for a shout out to the Free Mind Skate School 📣

Free Mind Skate School is an all inclusive skate school providing mentorship and coaching for at risk youth in Southern Adelaide. Mentor and renowned skateboarder, Josh Smith started this school to make a difference in an under resourced industry within the state.

Since March 2022 Apex Vac Solutions PTY LTD has partnered with Josh and during this time we built an indoor arena, so skaters can become more confident and learn a new skill in a safe environment anytime of the year 🛹

✨Get ready for the Apex Vac Solutions 2024 AM Series and BMD Rumble Pro Tour 2024 Season to kick off here in Adelaide 🛹

We are proud to be a major sponsor the of the National Amateur Series - Apex Vac Solutions 2024 AM Series in Adelaide and the City of Onkaparinga , for the second-year running. Along side BMD Group , we are now the largest sponsor for this event nationally and grateful to be able to contribute to our large skateboarding community.

Andrew Mills, Managing Director of Apex Vac Solutions, is passionate about giving back to our local community. He goes above and beyond to support local businesses, sole traders, and local sporting and community groups, as there is no limit on how any business can help others, no matter what industry you’re in.

As part of our contribution to the skateboarding community, we have established a skateboarding arena in one of local sheds to teach and practice their kicks for each competition. This space provides a safe and supportive environment for our young skaters to practice and be passionate about something that could lead to endless possibilities, including the possibility of one day competing in the Olympics.

This support helps build their confidence and set goals for their future. To support their goals, we help create content and increase their visibility through the Apex Vac Solutions 2024 AM Series with exposure to the competition and networking opportunities in Adelaide and interstate.

2023 has been an exciting and rewarding year for the Apex Vac Solutions Team. We thank everyone in both SA and TAS for all your incredible work 🎉

On the weekend we held our Annual Family Christmas Event for all our staff and their family members at our Lonsdale site in SA. Along with a jumping castle for the kids (and big kids), freshly made and delicious wood-fired pizzas, and grazing table, it was a great day for all.

A big thank you to everyone who made this day a huge success, including our suppliers Olympic Party Hire , Jump First Jumping Castles and Woody the Wood Oven Wagon

With the wet weather forecasted for this weekend it is important to stay safe.
Give the guys at Lonsdale Sand & Metal a call or go in and visit them to grab some sand bags help with your flood protection. We are available 24/7 we also offer delivery and unloading of the sand bags.
Apex Vac Solutions will also have a team on call for any blocked drains that need cleaning.
