Another solid push on site!

Bulk earthworks are well underway, with crews making strong progress across the board. Trimming, benching and material movements all tracking well, setting us up for upcoming service installation.

A key focus has been soil remediation, with treatment processes allowing reuse of site-won material wherever possible, while efficiently identifying and removing unsuitable waste off-site. This approach is driving both program and cost efficiencies across the project.

Great to be delivering this for our client, , with strong collaboration across the board.

Conditions have been favourable and the team’s taken full advantage, good production, tidy work fronts and quality outcomes all round.

Plenty more to come as we continue to build momentum across the project.

The latest stage at is progressing very nicely. The 70,000T bulk earthworks package is nearly complete, with over 60,000T of imported fill already placed, a massive achievement by the team, completing this milestone in just 6 weeks. We’ve also kicked off deep sewer installation, with exciting updates to follow soon! A special thanks to Factor UTB for providing an innovative solution to the area’s sewer infrastructure challenges, allowing this estate and many others in the area to continue thriving. Their 5,000+ allotment sewer treatment plant, which began construction last month, is on track for completion later this year, supporting ongoing development in the region.

One of a few exciting new projects kicking off this year, north of Adelaide. The team here has blitzed through 6,500m3 of earthworks and is making great progress on stormwater and potable water on a 30-lot subdivision in Two Wells, for Civecon Developments. Well done gang – excellent effort!
