This is how most of our projects start out.
Fully stripped out back to bare timbers and floor joist. We usually find wood rot, termite damage or just dodgy workmanship. We then go ahead and fix everything. New flooring, new timber stud work, new gyprock wall linings.
We then use a professional waterproofing company to ensure the job is done 100 percent to Australian standards.
We then replace all the Plumbing, Electrical and Tiling, all our tradesmen are fully licensed and take a lot of pride in their work.
The end result speaks for itself.
