The JRCM Commercial Joinery team proudly took home two national awards for outstanding project work at the Interior Fitout Association Gala Dinner on Saturday night:

• Coopers Brewery Visitor Centre

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Blake Farr, a third-year apprentice with JRCM Commercial Joinery, has been awarded the 2025 Interior Fitout Association Thomas Brown Apprentice of the Year award!

This national honour was presented at the IFA Gala Dinner in Melbourne on Saturday night. As part of the award, Blake received $5,000 worth of Bosch tools.

Last Friday, we celebrated our current Apprentices and proudly awarded our 2024–25 Apprentice Awards Winners!

Congratulations to Blake, Cassie, and all our apprentices. At JRCM, our Apprentice Program is more than just training — it’s about mentoring and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Blake Farr – Apprentice of the Year
In his third year, Blake has continued to demonstrate growth, a strong work ethic and capability. During the last 12 months, Blake has been working on-site installing alongside some of our senior, highly skilled tradespeople gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Cassie Evans – Tradesman's Most Improved
Cassie in her first year, has shown exceptional growth, a strong willingness to learn, and the respect of her peers in receiving this award. Cassie displays a consistent positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
