One change can risk a life – Keep scaffolds safe, secure, and tamper-free.

- Only qualified and suitably licensed scaffolders from the company that built the scaffold should adjust or modify scaffolding.
- Unauthorised changes put every worker at risk and may lead to legal consequences, including heavy fines or site shutdowns.
- Falls, structural failures, and falling debris can all be prevented by keeping scaffolds tamper-free and regularly inspected.

Recently, the Pro Scaffolding team have been working through a number of professional development initiatives around building a culture of confidence, strong leadership, safety, health, and wellbeing.

Last week, the leadership team attended a group coaching session with Wendy Wicks from MindTek and undertook the DiSC personality profiling to better understand the strengths, differences, challenges, and communication styles of individual team members that promote a well-oiled team.

This momentum will continue over the coming months with a focus on safety vigilance led by the WH&S team, health & well-being, and improved HR policies for greater clarity and accountability for the team.

We can’t wait!
