✅️ kitchen/diner exstention with 1200x1200 gold inlay marbled tiles, grouted with #24.

✅️On this project with it being a floating floor with a crawl space I also added noggins and stability struts, removed old tile and plyboard and fitted concrete board for extra rigidity, primes and levelled over.

Plus primed and plyboarded and everywhere finished with white silicone round edges. Sanitary removed and fitted back
