He patiently waited a few months for the opportunity to join us, starting just 3 days after his 18th birthday. That kind of patience isn’t something you see every day, and it tells us everything we need to know about the kind of person and the tradesman he’s going to be.

Meet Craig 👏 our adult apprentice who's proving it's never too late to start a trade you're proud of and his confidence grows stronger everyday.

Craig's brought the right attitude since day one — showing up, listening, and taking real pride in every job.

Last week he sent us this photo after unblocking his first drain solo, and honestly, the pride on his face says it all.

Day out in van vibes 🚐
Anton and Heath spent the day together on the road last week — talking through ideas, listening to feedback and goals, but also having a good laugh while they were at it. Connecting with the team matters just as much as the tools in the van.

Also... someone needs to explain photo 2, because Anton's rocking about 300 chins in it 😂 We'll let you be the judge.
