JJ’s Waste & Recycling’s new headquarters in Wingfield is progressing well with our Site Manager Paul at the helm.
 
The main slab is now poured and we’re continuing with in-ground services continuing. A strong start on site, and credit to the team driving it forward!

For industrial and commercial buildings, solar is an operational decision.
 
Industrial facilities are uniquely positioned to benefit from solar, with large roof areas, daytime energy demands and long asset lifecycles. When considered early in the design and construction phase, solar can significantly reduce operating costs, improve asset performance and future‑proof against rising energy prices.
 
Well‑designed commercial systems typically achieve payback within 3–5 years, especially where energy is consumed on‑site during operating hours.
 
The biggest gains come from designing the building with solar in mind from day one, considering how energy integrates with the way facilities are designed, built and operated, ensuring long‑term value for owners, developers and tenants alike.

What started with a slab is now service ready!

The new MyCar Gawler depot was brought together in just 7 months, with a 333m² workshop and 653m² of pavements.

This project was delivered for our client Leyton Property, with MyCar as the tenant, and we’re grateful to both teams for their collaboration and trust throughout the process.

It’s rewarding to see how this new facility will support MyCar’s continued growth and improve service efficiency for the Gawler community.

Good sites start with great people, and we’re excited to welcome another great addition to the FORM team!
 
Jack Tape has joined us as our newest Site Manager. A civil engineer with over three years’ experience, Jack has delivered civil infrastructure and commercial building projects across South Australia.
 
His experience spans DIT government works, residential subdivisions, bridge upgrades, and the delivery of commercial facilities valued up to $14M, bringing a solid balance of technical capability and on-site leadership.
 
We welcome Jack to the FORM team and look forward to the drive, fresh perspective and energy he brings to our sites and our culture.

Gillman is looking sharp as we move closer to practical completion. Preparations are in full swing as we get ready for upcoming concrete pours.

We look forward to delivering this 730sqm premium warehouse and 220sqm office for our valued client.

The crew turned up to celebrate reaching practical completion for the new MyCar depot in Gawler.

We enjoyed a delicious food truck and to thank the trades and consultants that made this project come to life. We’re especially grateful to Leyton Property for trusting us with this project, and we’re looking forward to many more together.

Designing a smarter space for improved performance.
We are proud to be partnering with Topcoat Asphalt on the upgrade and fitout of their Wingfield plant. A $2.2M project delivering 700sqm of functional workspace tailored to the manufacturing and performance of Topcoat’s operations.

The upgraded facility includes an open plan office, expansive breakout areas, a performance and testing lab, alfresco dining and upgraded female and male amenities. Every detail has been carefully designed alongside the Topcoat team to support how they work, manufacture and test.

This marks our first project with Topcoat Asphalt, and we are grateful for the trust placed in us. We look forward to delivering a strong outcome through a collaborative and values -aligned partnership.

Precast is now installed at our Netley site!

A total of 78 eleven‑meter‑tall precast panels were erected to form the structure of three premium warehouses, with a combined floor area of 1,800 m².

Valued at $4 million, the Netley development is one of two projects we are delivering for this valued client. We’re proud to be working in close partnership to deliver an exceptional outcome.

Things are progressing quickly at Hartfoot Crescent in Edinburgh North.

The roof is now going up on this $2 million development, which includes two premium office spaces with adjoining warehouses spanning 1,124 m².

Next on site is continued preparation for the slab pour. Plenty more action to come!
