Finally our project in Prospect is completed with the cast iron fence done. The two storey house is adjacent to the owners cottage and was designed/built to match that cottage. With some left over stone we did a shed as well in the backyard. A very happy client and a great building job by Will Gasparini. This is one of my favorite projects in Prospect as the proportions and finishes are stunning.

The single fronted two storey dwelling in Prospect next to the owners cottage is completed now. Fence is done .... in cast iron to match the original ones in the area. The stone matches the existing cottage as does the exterior. The cottage was extended and renovated just before this one was finished and we had stone left over for the shed at the rear as well.

Here is a completed project on a small block that is about 250m2, one of Prospects smallest allotments. we designed this place for a client who lives next to his relatives. it is a two storey terrace house that meshes in with the Heritage nature of the street with local stone to the front. Prospect council are really happy with this, so are the young couple living here on a low maintenance block !

today i went to a job that i designed an addition 30 years in Prospect, virually behind our house ,it has served them well for all this time, the same clients ( artists) want a two storey studio now plus a storage area for his automobile; a delightful ; 1.8ltre Red 1966 MGB. check out the car ! and the back yard and the addition that i designed back then. They still love the space and the outlook facing north for winter solar heat gain, the timber cedar ceiling stills exudes a warm glow at night and during the day. The backyard and garden will get a makeover as well..... stay in touch as this job progresses for the next 30 years service. Hope that Prospect council likes this also to approve on the side and the rear boundaries.🏚🏚

This is the complete house on the corner of Luhrs road and Sullivan st that Angelo Bosco has built, the Grey Myall tree has been trimmed now by Council, the Bricks are PGH Connoisseur Porcini range which gives a lovely soft glow about it, landscaping went in today and the whole family pitched in, way to go Bosco family! Nice job and well done!
