Congratulations Tandem Building / Commercial General on their 2026 Master Builders SA Building Excellence Award for Eighty Eight O’Connell - High Rise Apartments
Climat Commercial was proud to be part of the delivery of this landmark Adelaide project.
Spanning an entire city block, 88 O’Connell required Climat Commercial to deliver HVAC solutions across a large and complex footprint. Careful planning, coordination and collaboration across the project team were key to achieving a successful outcome.
