They’ve tackled everything the site threw at them—from bulk earthworks 💪, road construction 🚧, and services installation 🔧, all the way through to polishing off the final blocks 🏡.

Through changing conditions and plenty of moving parts, the team has stayed on the ball, adapted like champs, and delivered absolutely outstanding results. 👏✨

About the Roles :
We are seeking skilled Concreters with proven experience in concrete driveways, concrete footpaths, kerbing, pram ramps, cross overs, and tie ins.
These are full-time, long-term roles suited to concreters who take pride in their workmanship, maintain high safety standards, and thrive within a supportive, team-focused environment.
Subcontractor opportunities – rates to be negotiated. L/M rates would be considered.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform all aspects of concreting, including formwork, steel fixing, pouring, screeding, and finishing.
Assist with preparation of footpaths, kerbs, pram ramps & retaining walls.
Carry out site preparation and safe setup of work areas
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet deadlines

About You :
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience as a concreter in civil construction
Strong skills in screeding, finishing, and forming
Ability to read and follow directions from supervisors and plans
Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and productivity
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Current driver’s licence
White Card (mandatory) additional tickets an advantage
