⚡️ Growing the FES team!⚡️

We are excited to officially welcome Eirinn to Fenner Electrical Services as our third year apprentice. 👏

Eirinn has recently transferred over to us and we are proud to step up and support him through the next stage of his apprenticeship.

He has already hit the ground running and proven he can handle the heat 🔥 The thermal camera does not lie.

Many of you already know Phil, my dad, who has been working alongside me for quite a while now. Between us there is plenty of experience on site.

It is officially a three man crew!🎉

We are growing steadily while keeping things small, personal and local. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our family run business. It genuinely means a lot.

Due to being unwell and the extreme heat this week, we’re off today and pausing onsite work while we reassess conditions over the coming days to stay safe.

If you contacted us prior to Christmas, your enquiry is already in our system and included in our current scheduling. We’ll be in contact as we work through our existing commitments.

Thanks to everyone for the incredible support this year. Fenner Electrical Services is now fully booked for 2025.

I’ll be taking some time off early next year, but I’m still taking enquiries and planning ahead for 2026. If you have an upcoming project, renovation or electrical upgrade in mind, feel free to get in touch. The more notice I have, the better I can help you lock in a suitable time.

I really appreciate the ongoing trust from my regular clients and the many referrals I receive. I’m looking forward to another big year ahead.

Apparently yesterday was International Sparky Day. Instead of celebrating with tools in hand, we were busy hand-feeding giraffes at Monarto Zoo 🦒

🌧️ Adelaide’s getting hit hard with rain today!
Here are a few quick electrical safety tips to help keep your home safe:

🔌 1. Check outdoor power points
Make sure covers are sealed and weatherproof – water and electricity don’t mix!

⚡ 2. Unplug non-essential appliances
Helps prevent damage during outages or lightning. If you haven’t already, consider installing a surge protection device at your switchboard – it’s a smart move.

🚫 3. Stay clear of anything wet or sparking
If something looks off or smells burnt, don’t touch it – call a licensed electrician.
