This rear studio is a multi purpose studio room in the backyard of our clients house in Clapham/Torrens Park. We sourced 80 year old horse stud stud railing which we had milled up for wall cladding - the cladding is currently on its way from Queensland to SA so stay tuned to see the final result once its installed! We know it will look amazing!

The owners wanted their rear yard levelled up so it made for a better playing space for their young one, while doing this we installed a better drainage system, higher fencing in colorbond Shale Grey, and a rendered herb planter box with Trek screening above. Under the existing Alfresco we installed a outdoor kitchen complete with a top of the line Built in Weber BBQ, Wine Fridge, sink and a purpose built BBQ rangehood above. On the other side of the alfresco we built a 'Trek' slat wall with built in seats which house a gas strut operated secret compartment for the storage of toys!

Shows before and after photos of the spa area. The old pavers were taken out and a new concrete floor was poured and tiled over with a non visible strip grate drain. We closed the existing roller door and installed a premium hand made artificial green wall. We finished the area off with the centre piece Sapphire Spa. This is the ultimate low maintenance private spa retreat!
