For us, Brett is one of those people.
Brett has been with us for 17 years. He started his career as a Cabinetmaker, but it didn’t take long for everyone to realise he had something special. His intelligence, technical ability, and attention to detail quickly saw him move into estimating — and honestly, he hasn’t looked back.
As a Senior Joinery Estimator, Brett misses nothing. And I mean nothing. His technical knowledge is second to none, his attention to detail is borderline scary, and he has this incredible ability to think through a project from every angle. He quietly solves problems before anyone even knows they exist.
But what makes Brett truly special isn’t just what he does — it’s who he is.
Around here we say he “bleeds orange.” He’s one of us through and through.
Whatever the business needs, Brett does. No fuss. No complaints. Just unwavering effort, loyalty, and a mindset that’s always about the team first.
He’s the last to leave every day. The guy who just gets on with it. The person you know will always step up when things get tough.
He loves his kids and his beautiful wife. Loves the Power. Has the quickest wit that keeps everyone laughing. Never cranky. Always has time for everyone.
And when we talk about company values — people, quality, integrity, fun — honestly, Brett is our values written in human form. Every single one of them.
The kind of person who makes work better just by being there.
