A sensational night at the Master Builders Excellence Awards for 2022. Honoured to win an award and especially proud of the completed project. Dream clients, a stunning design and as always exceptional workmanship from all trades involved.

The build took place in stages, allowing the clients to live in the home during the first part of the renovation. ‘Josh orchestrated this for us beautifully’ says owner, Laura. ‘We just didn’t realise what a massive project it was going to be in the beginning - we just could not be happier with the final result. Once we moved back in and they had finished the garden and everything, we just looked around and said, ‘This is amazing’.’

The judges were impressed by Bower Construction and Design’s meticulous and stunning renovation of the existing building, and the sympathetic integration of the new
addition. Staging of the works allowed the building to be occupied for most of the construction period requiring complex planning that was achieved with minimal
inconvenience to the client. An exceptional result by Bower Construction and Design. Congratulations!
