After almost 10 years of running our family business, Plumb Ezy Group, we’ve made the decision to close this chapter.
What a journey it’s been.
To the small business owners, builders, clients and friends who trusted us and supported us along the way — thank you. The relationships we’ve built will always be the most meaningful part of this work, and many of them will stay with us for life.
To Mason — starting with us as an apprentice and growing into the incredibly skilled plumber and person you are today… we are so proud of you. It’s been a privilege to be part of your journey.
And to Steven— the grit and determination, the commitment and the professionalism, right until the end. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We’ll be cheering you on as you step into your next chapter running Pro-line Plumbing & Gas Solutions.
To those behind these scenes - you aren’t in the spotlight, just quietly keeping the business ticking over, day in and day out. We see everything you do and we can’t thank you enough.
To Mike - no one will ever know how much of you has been poured into the business, what you have sacrificed. Running a small business is not for the faint hearted and when, at your very core you just want to do a good job for your team and customers, a thriving business follows. Thank you doesn’t feel enough for the sacrifice.
For us, with our three children growing up so quickly, it’s time to slow things down and make space for more time together — more adventures, more memories, more life.
We could spend the next 10 years continuing to build the business — the late nights, the mental load, the pressure, and the comfort of what we know so well.
Or… we could step away from the familiar.
So we’re packing up everything we own, selling our dream home, and squeezing into a caravan (until we find a little house on some land).
The next 10 years spent really living.
Chasing sunsets and being fully present with our children.
This isn’t the end… just a new beginning.
