Do you hate opening your gate every time you get home? Call it a first-world problem, but hey, we live in a first world. This one came up a treat, with the customers elated. As you can see we lifted this motor off the ground for two reasons:
1. This is a flood-prone area
2. The gate top and bottom rail have been designed to match the fence.

Out with the old residential switchboard and in with the new. The existing installation was far too low to the ground and required lifting to a legal height (note enclosure below). Coupled with a circuit protection and metering upgrade to rid of the old ceramic fuses and analogue meters, this tenant can sleep easy knowing their family is electrically safe.
