Did you know… Your FOGO is sorted by hand?

Before you bin it, please consider Albany's hard working sorting staff and make sure you choose the right bin to keep them safe and give your FOGO the best chance of becoming compost.

Putting the wrong thing in the FOGO bin makes the job harder and sometimes even hazardous for staff.

What can go in your FOGO?
• Food scraps (including meat & bones)
• Garden prunings
• As well as: Dirty pizza boxes, tissues and shredded paper; & pet poo

Compostable bin liners only. Please remove all stickers and any non-compostable wrapping/bags.
