Email received yesterday from a customer we did a job for 4 and a bit years ago!!!

Baker's Concrete laid my concrete pad for a shed and granny flat project I started on my Lowlands property at the end of 2015. Mark Wylde was managing my project for.
The project went very well although you might remember that there was a hiccough on our part that you accommodated at the last minute.
It was a great job and absolutely necessary to have a sound foundation for the start of such a project.
I have just had a four post hoist installed in the shed in the last few weeks and I thought I would pass on to you the favourable comments made by the installer with regard to the concrete floor. Daniel Hodgkinson has 18 years of experience installing hoists and usually expects to have to use shims and a bit of ingenuity to get hoists to sit squarely on the floor. Apparently it is usually harder to effect this on a four post hoist where the area is greater and there are twice as many anchor points.
In the case of my floor he was almost incredulous that the floor was millimetre perfect and that the installation required no adjustment at all. He said that this was a rare occurrence, that it saved him time and allowed for a better job.
He also told me not to lose your contact details for the next pad I needed to have laid.
Sometimes you must just do a job and never hear of what people's impressions were other than at the immediate conclusion of the job. The measurements and exact nature of the installation would have exposed any flaws but none were to be found in this floor.
Anyway, thankyou for your service and yes I will be ringing you first and recommending you to others for any future jobs.
