Merrindale Business Park, Croydon South — a project that redefined what a business park could be.

New Project Announcement 🖤

Pascon is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the internal restoration of this beautiful home in Hampton.
With a new lift, and near complete internal restoration we have worked closely with the owner and Formery Architecture to get this project across the line.
Demolition works are underway and we cannot wait to bring new life to this existing home.
