Saturday Call-Out. Truck stuck on site with intermittent electrical faults. Diagnosed and repaired issues to get the truck back up and running. Back on the road and off to the next job. 💪🏼

Ram 2500 custom accessory socket installed ✅

Site call-out attended to supply and fit removable light board to trailer prior to vehicle heading south. Installation completed, wiring secured and lighting tested for correct operation.

Call-out attended for exploded battery failure. Travelled to site with replacement batteries and carried out full electrical system diagnostics. Testing confirmed alternator failure as cause of issue. Replaced batteries and alternator, then tested charging system and overall operation — all functioning correctly.

Installed dual trailer Anderson plugs — 12V and 24V systems fitted to 12V truck for specified operational requirements. Wiring integrated neatly and tested for correct operation.

A/C overhaul completed — full system flush carried out. Replaced complex genuine hose assembly along with most major A/C components. System vacuumed, regassed and tested. Air conditioning now operating ice cold.
