Excavator Operators with Plumbing Experience – Wollongong NSW

We are a reputable plumbing and civil works company, delivering high-quality drainage and infrastructure solutions across the Illawarra. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Excavator Operators with plumbing and drainage experience to join our team in Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate excavators for plumbing, drainage, and civil projects
• Undertake trenching, pipe laying, and site preparation works
• Assist with installation of sewer, stormwater, and water infrastructure
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain plant in good condition
• Read and interpret site plans to ensure accurate installations
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site crews to deliver projects on time

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience operating excavators in plumbing or civil drainage works
• Excavator VOC / tickets
• Construction White Card
• Plumbing experience (drainage, water/sewer installations)
• Current driver’s licence (HR or MR highly regarded)
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

What We Offer:
• $36-$45 per hour + penalties (depending on experience)
• Consistent local work around Wollongong and surrounding areas
• Supportive team environment with opportunities for career development
• Modern, well-maintained machinery
